With so much noise, technology, and chaos, it can feel hard to align spiritually.
Throughout my own journey, I’ve gone through the ups and downs of feeling hopeless spiritually. It feels like you are progressing one day. Then the next day you are reverting back to your old behaviors (anger, fear, self-loathing, loneliness, etc.).
It is actually quite normal and expected of us, but it can be compounded by our surroundings. Part of being a mindful mom is understanding this.
